Anybody leaving a nice room in February? :)

Hey guys and girls, I was just wondering who would be leaving a furnished room in a decent flat, located in a decent place in the late February? I'm a March 2010 trainee, looking for something between 350-450euro /month, somewhere close to the metro.

I will be leaving my room not far to Place de Luxembourg (not very close, but you can walk - that's what I do). It's however not close to the metro.
It is ok, however I will be looking for something different - it's in a house full of people (there's always something going on - parties, lots of ppl around). It's nice in a way, but I feel a bit too old for that and I want to search for a calm place. The price is 380 Euros, it's warm, with a washing maschine, dishwasher etc.
I don't recommend it for a calm person who likes order and cleanness, but it's for sure fun.
